Orders and Shipping Policy
When you place an order for CBD products through the Rolling with The Glen website “Charges on your statement will appear as PIX*Rollingwiththeglen” and your order will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address”, the driver will attempt one delivery. If you are not there, or if the driver is unable to deliver, the driver will aim to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or will leave at your local Post Office.
Shipping Costs/Times:
- Free UK Delivery 2-3 days - Orders over £25.00 *(Monday – Saturday)
- UK Delivery 2-3 days £3.25 for orders under £25.00 *(Monday – Saturday)
NB: All orders placed on a Saturday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation:
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, for most Products ordered via our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after you received the Products (“Cancellation Period”). However this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days starting the day after you received the Products. You must take reasonable care of the Products and immediately return them to us in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
Return of the Products within the Cancellation Period will be considered to be notice of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you cancel your order, we will refund the full price you paid for the Products, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 30 days of us receiving notification of your cancellation and/or the returned Products.
If your order has been dispatched then please follow our returns policy. If you have benefited from our free delivery then we will provide a full refund for all products less our shipping costs.
Refund:
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your Products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with the following returns policy. Please be aware that we cannot accept used goods unless they are faulty.
Other than for defective Products or items that have been delivered incorrectly by us, you are responsible for the cost of returning Products to us. This includes any postage charges incurred to return an item(s). We cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting.
Returns Policy
Returns by post:
You can return Products by post within 14 days of the date on which you received the Products and will receive a refund only. Please ensure that the dispatch note is returned with the Products as proof of purchase. The dispatch note can be found as part of the documentation that is included with your Products.
How to Return an Item:
- Forward an email to [email protected] detailing which products you would like to return and the reason for returning them. Please also include your dispatch number and your full contact details. Please wait for our customer service team to reply before proceeding to the next step.
- Repack the item along with the dispatch note in its original packaging. We need the dispatch note to process your return.
- Please return all items to address below. For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

Booking BEMER® Sessions.
There is no obligation to book following a free zoom/telephone chat.
BEMER® Therapy Session(s):
- Appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
- If it is determined that BEMER® isn’t suitable for you, you will be refunded in full.
- If you pay for a block of 10 sessions and your own BEMER® device arrives before you have completed them all then you will be refunded at the pro-rata rate for the remaining number of sessions. Please email [email protected] when this is relevant.
- You have the right to cancel at any time.
- You must give 48 hours’ notice if you need to re-schedule an appointment otherwise you will be charged in full for the session.
- If you arrive late for a booked session time you will only have the time remaining, which will reduce the BEMER® Therapy Session to a lower level.
- Notes will be taken during a BEMER® session. Afterwards we can provide a summary of what has been discussed and any supplements and/or action steps suggested. With your permission we can email this summary to you for your records. Please note that information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as 100% secure. To increase security of the email we will attach the information in a password protected document. We will confirm with you whether you would like this information emailed after each session.
Confidentiality
During a BEMER® session, Stacey Glen will take notes. By booking a session you are agreeing to this process. These notes and everything discussed in the session are private and confidential please read the Privacy policy which gives information of how your information will be stored.
